Mars has pulled a Snickers commercial featuring Mr. T of the A-Team fame. Mars announced the decision "following communication between the HRC Workplace Project and Mars." The ad features a dainty man being shot by Mr. T with Snickers for speed walking. The ad concludes with the tagline "Get some nuts".
Snickers was also criticized for a Super Bowl ad in 2007. In the ad two men expressed disgust after accidentally kissing.

requesting will be used in accordance with the ARIN Acceptable Use Policy.
Please answer the following questions and email back.

1. How will the Whois data be used?

2. Will your organization use the Whois data for Internet operations or for
technical research pertaining to Internet operations? Please explain.

3. Will your organization be using this for advertising, direct marketing, or
marketing research?

4. Will the Whois data be available to users on a single query or small number
of queries at a time basis or will it be available for redistribution?

5. If you are redistributing data, please describe what safeguards you have

Only for research. I am a student. I am looking at patterns in the data. Common words, names etc.

I may publish findings but I will stay within the TOS.

    marketing research?
No.

BulkWHOIS is only released to organizations, not individuals.

Therefore, ARIN will have to deny your request for the Bulk Whois data.

XXXXXXX is using the data for research purposes only. We are looking for data trends, common patterns, etc.

We will only use the data for research purposes.
